We at PSI take quality very seriously. We sought ISO9001 certification very soon after we launched in 2003, and we re-certified to the new standard when ISO9001:2008 was released.
As part of our ongoing commitment to best practice, quality and improvement we have again re-certified to the now current ISO9001:2015 standard.
The release of ISO9001:2015 saw a significant shift in the best practice approaches recommended to manage quality throughout an organisation. It requires a greater focus on ownership from the senior management team down. This is something that we have always committed to. With the business growth and diversity of applications and opportunities that PSI has been focussed on over the last couple of years, we committed to the continued pursuit of quality through the recruitment of a dedicated Quality Manager.
Our new Quality Manager has worked tirelessly alongside the senior management team over the last 18 months to restructure and modernise our quality systems and processes to align with the definitions provided by ISO9001:2015.
We are very pleased to announce that the hard work has paid off. On 5th April 2018, PSI Technologies Ltd was awarded certification to ISO9001:2015.
This is a great result that we are very proud of. We hope that it will provide our customers with comfort that we take our commitment to the delivery of high quality products and services very seriously.
