Another day in the workshop; yet there are many smaller projects, regular ongoing projects or different stages of larger projects that are worthy of some focus.
Today, we see the finished product of a regular job for PSI who take in 20-30 zinc coated frames at a time and apply pneumatic engineering skills to produce the interior, and the finished product – Pneumatic Filling Machines – for an innovative company in the Paint Refinishing sector. The Pneumatic Filling Machines are innovative in that they facilitate the filling of an aerosol can with paint to an exact specification, such as that typically required for short run or one off performance or vintage vehicles.
PSI utilises MAC’s remote pilot valve and configures each unit with an integrated regulator.
