Episode 5 covers a requirement challenge centred around rapid, leak free dosing for viscous liquids utilising the MAC Liquid Bullet Valve.  While high frequency and leak free are synonymous with the Liquid Valve, when tested to the extreme in a particular circumstance, MAC was quick to engage the expertise of their sister company, custom moulded rubber production specialists, to optimise the rubber component element; hardening the outer to reduce friction and softening the inside to allow for compensation.  Learn more about the details in this video >>
