New Hanwha Actuator Multiplies Working Area of Robot Tenfold

PHD’s range of robot end of arm tooling (EOAT) continues to expand, now with a modular 7th Axis Linear Actuator built for the Hanwha cobot, a range which PSI are distributors for in the UK.   What’s important about this Actuator is that with a maximum stroke of 5,500 mm, it can multiply the working area of the robot tenfold.

The robust design of the Series ESU Electric Belt-Driven Linear Actuator has a high capacity rail bearing system for exceptional load capability while providing an efficient guide system to support the robot in various orientations.  Different transition plates and mounting hardware facilitate this.
